Late Cancellation/No Show Penalty

Late Cancellation Penalty

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tee time will be treated as a late cancellation. A golfer who has two late cancellations within a 30-day period will be suspended from playing at the Club for a period of 60 days as a visitor from the 2ⁿᵈ play date.  A letter will be emailed to you indicating the period of suspension.

No Show Penalty

A golfer who fails to register at reception 20 minutes before the scheduled tee time is considered a no show.  The golfer will be suspended from playing at the Club for a period of 60 days as a visitor from the date of the no show.  A letter will be emailed to you indicating the period of suspension.
